had the dealer work on my truck. Well they did a Trans flush and Diag on issue I was having. They do good work. Pricing was little bit more than expected for a full repair. I would recommend as service was good but I would get pricing estimate first as the prices are little on the high side.

I walked in with zero expectations, Nathen informed me they wouldn't be able to check my work truck out till later that afternoon, I told him that's fine the truck needed looked at and the company wanted it done. So an hour or two passes, Nathen told me they found what was wrong with the truck, they sent a runner to go get the fuel pump, and had it installed and i was back in the work truck before 130 pm. Absolutely professional and quick. Thank you guys again.
The vehicle showed up with a large scratch/dent on the drivers side rear door the stretched to the rear bumper. The dent doesn't appear in the photos. Aaron said he didn't notice it and would talk to management about taking care of it somehow, assuring me that they would do something. After leaving, he doesn't read or respond to my text messages. I plan to contact management on Monday, July 27th.
We were having trailer brake system errors. Nathan was able to squeeze us in being we were traveling from out of state. We decided to change the brake controller since that was one of the error codes. Even though that didn't take care of the problem we were in and out quickly. Thank you Nathan for looking into the problem.

Tim and the Service Department were a Godsend. My wife and I were traveling from Tennessee and the pump in my DEF tank failed unexpectedly. We had no appointment and we were still 2 hours from home. Tim and his team welcome us in and agreed to look at my truck. Tim found the problem, had the part in stock and had us back on the road in a timely fashion. My wife, my dogs and I are all very thankful and appreciate the excellent service we received.

Prompt service appreciated the effort to get financing figured out although I had no credit so it was probably a little bit easier than having horrible credit. Other than that I had a check engine light come on almost immediately for a Cadillac converter system it didn't come with key fob and it has theft warning light that comes on and makes the lights flash every time I unlock it and my AC quit working within a week or so.

Salesman was upfront and pleasant. Was mainly disappointed on the way the car arrived carpet stains seats stained and engine compartment filty and first trip in it engine light comes on.

He listened to my concerns and took me out on a test drive. He explained all the Trailblazer's features and the differences between it and the Trax. Though they did not have one in stock that I liked he went to a lot of effort to find one for me with the specific features I requested.

After an unexpected break down on the freeway and needing a new to me vehicle, they listened to my concerns, what i needed in a new to me vehicle and got me into another great Tahoe. I was able to leave my other vehicle at tge lit while making arrangements for transport. I have had problems in the past with the service department doing low quality work. I have oil change for life, so I have my oil changed there,and specifically ask not to do the multi point inspection as they created a transmission line leak last time. They did not go with my request and did the inspection anyway. Inspections are being done on my vehicle just not at windy.

If it wasnt for VP/OWNER i wouldnt of bought from them. There was miscommuncation. And the finance guy was disrespectful in words that was said. Got up 3 times during my experince and walked out the door. Last time the Vp/owner called me to comeback and chat. He was very respectful.

Both of our vehicles had issues within a week of driving off the lot. They told my husband that the best thing to do would be to trade in his 2021 truck that he had for 3 weeks for an even older one (2017) with a significantly higher payment (because now we have to have the extended warranty in case anything else happens).
