They charge to much, even charge to diagnose when you take it in for something specific, lie about what needs fixed don’t even do what ur charged for. They ran my credit for two different cars and sold me a car with recalls and old tires didn’t offer to sweeten the deal. They were more worried Iabout qualify than negotiating a vehicle price. If you never bought a vehicle they will run you credit with count less vehicles seems a like they take you credit hostage they know loopholes to get you credit even if banks try to deny them.

Disappointed. Miscommunications on their part. Took long to see my money return from what I originally was told. I Wouldn’t use in the future.

Not sure who Lilly Lands is, but if she was the service manager, she was fine and very helpfull. I was probly there about an hour and a half and they did a fine job dialing in my new keyfob and cutting a new spare key.

I trust them completely with my oil changes. Other repairs … not so much. This last oil change went smoothly.

Flexible and easy to work with. The team was upfront and honest with everything and made the deal happen.

They were very quick in responding, and we received above and beyond service by Bowden. Living across the mountains we felt very comfortable with the sales and finance teams over the phone as they handled our purchase. Love our new car!

Tire sensor fix would have been nice if it was faster. Could have checked before the test drive. Had a couple days to do it.the extended warranty could have been explained a little more clearly. Everyone was very nice. It was an enjoyable experience. Would recommend to others.

Overall a nice quick service experience for a LOF. I was in and out in 50 minutes. The desk agent was friendly and took care of my appointment. The waiting area was nice and had small snacks. I am torn a bit now because I usually travel to Yakima for my services and in the end staying here local cost about $40 more. I'm not taking a star from the review for that. I'm assuming because Windy was not my purchase dealer ?

Very profesional and helpful from setting up the appointment, insuring there was a rental availible, and finishing the 90k tune up in a timely manner. We will be returning customers!

They fixed a recall item within the time they quoted, staff were friendly and service was good

Their communication was very poor. Their techs appear to lack in quality with diagnosing issues. They had my truck for a month and finally fixed it with help from GM Tech. They damaged my vehicle further and had to have their damage repaired by a more reprital dealership.

Lily was without. Doubt the best service rep I have ever worked with at any dealership in my 70 years. She went above and beyond to communicate and assist me as I was stranded in Ellensburg with my trailer. She kept me informed which enabled me to make decisions and further assisted in verifying problem was covered by warranty. Cannot express how grateful I was to have her handle my service problem.

It was great that I was able to buy the car through text communication, though there were times when I didn’t have enough information and it felt like a scam. I was asked for a debit card, then wiring information without seeing any financing documentation or other records proving that I was speaking with a legitimate dealership. Then there was no tracking number for the documents even after I sent my deposit. Couple things that could be cleaned up.

$250 for an oil change. I took it to Les Schwab and you had it tightened too tight. They couldn’t get it off the second time the first time that you guys stripped it.

I went into Windy Chevrolet on December 30, 2022 in desperate need of a good used vehicle. Upon selecting one, I asked about its maintenance record and timing belt/chain status. They assured me it was not an issue. I laid $1500 down and financed the rest. The car lasted only 8 weeks before the timing belt failed on the highway. I'm now making monthly payments on a dead vehicle that Windy Chevrolet will not stand behind. Horrible experience. Horrible business.

Inviting environment with positive staff overall. Everyone seems to belong to a community and they are all personable. Buying process was swift and fair.

Service department quickly diagnosed my problem with the TPMS, had the needed sensors in stock, and replaced the sensors in a timely manner.

Worst service department in the state. My new car was running great, I took it in for routine maintenance at 22,500 miles and it died 3 miles from the dealership. I had to tow it back at my expense. The service manager avoided taking responsibility and did nothing to make right the problem the caused. Nightmare!

Lily was speedy and courteous with the answers needed. Car was returned clean and was pleased with the shuttle service provided

I brought my 2020 Blazer in for a routine 40K-mile maintenance and brake replacement. The only issue with my vehicle was one faulty TPMS sensor. After receiving my vehicle back, I found that all of the sensors were now malfunctioning. The mechanics informed me that they couldn’t reprogram the other three sensors without replacing the faulty one, at an additional cost of $190. I know that TPMS sensors often fail, and it is not necessary to replace all of them to restore functionality. This experience feels deceptive and unfair.

Aaron was very informative about my cars needs. I learned that the new cars really require a conscientious owner.
I live in the woods and drive up a half mile of dirt road to reach my home. My poor Denali deserves better - if I wash it it is filthy after one trip to town. I know what the outside of a dirty car looks like but I knew nothing about air filters, tranny and differential fluids needing to be cleaner than mine were!

Nice experience overall, although forcing customers to pay for nitrogen in the tires without prior notice is unacceptable. I am sure it’s a great way for the dealer to make an $99 dollars on a sale and save them some hassle when the temperature changes. But the customer has no way to know if the service was really provided. If the dealer wants to put nitrogen in the tires and not give the customer a choice, plus needs an extra $99 to cover the cost, it needs to be included in the purchase price of the vehicles. The service department did not get the issue with side sensors on '24 Silverado 2500hd resolved. I was told the technician who worked on it would call me. I never received that phone call.

They replace the transmission in my corvette. I am very satisfied with the job. Would highly recommend and will continue to do business with them.

On Monday while we were on our way home from vacation the engine completely blew on our 2021 Chevy Trailboss LT with around 21k miles on it. We had the truck towed after hours into their service department. Dropped off keys with an explanation in their drop box. They got the truck in Tuesday morning and by Wednesday we had the full answer on what was wrong but unfortunately there was no ETA on a new engine - no fault to Windy on that at all.
