The staff and service itself was very good. They were friendly and helpful . The pricing was astronomically high. I come from an area in Montana, where the service rate is high as well, and this cost me over 400 dollars more than what I was quoted for the work in Bozeman, Montana

Prompt service appreciated the effort to get financing figured out although I had no credit so it was probably a little bit easier than having horrible credit. Other than that I had a check engine light come on almost immediately for a Cadillac converter system it didn't come with key fob and it has theft warning light that comes on and makes the lights flash every time I unlock it and my AC quit working within a week or so.

Salesman was upfront and pleasant. Was mainly disappointed on the way the car arrived carpet stains seats stained and engine compartment filty and first trip in it engine light comes on.

I met Aaron Palmer after I bought my '26 Trax. I mentioned to him I had some buyer's remorse about not getting a Trailblazer instead of the Trax. He listened to my concerns and took me out on a test drive. He explained all the Trailblazer's features and the differences between it and the Trax. Though they did not have one in stock that I liked he went to a lot of effort to find one for me with the specific features I requested.

After an unexpected break down on the freeway and needing a new to me vehicle, they listened to my concerns, what i needed in a new to me vehicle and got me into another great Tahoe. I was able to leave my other vehicle at tge lit while making arrangements for transport. There wasn't any pressure from tge sales team and the mechanic that checked tge old suv listened to my thoughts and saved me a ton of money by not doing unnecessary testing.

As a widowed 80 year old female I went to Wendy's looking for a car for under $7,000.00 I ended up with a car that was quoted by the salesman to be $7,000.00 but the managent told me 10,999.00 They also sold me a $3,800.00 maintenance contract. The finance paperwork was in order and it was a clear deal. She was very helpful as we worked toward the payment we wanted and provided all information we requested as we moved through the deal.
Windy Chevrolet made my purchase smooth and easy. Working with my situation, they came up with three car options that I could get financing for and everything was set in stone within 2 hours. I have had problems in the past with the service department doing low quality work. I have oil change for life, so I have my oil changed there,and specifically ask not to do the multi point inspection as they created a transmission line leak last time. They did not go with my request and did the inspection anyway. Inspections are being done on my vehicle just not at windy.
Absolutely awesome. Had a dead Denali and Nathan got us in diagnosed problem and we were able to pick car up following Tuesday on our way home from Idaho. Saved us hours and hundreds of gas dollars as we Live in Kirkland
If it wasnt for VP/OWNER i wouldnt of bought from them. There was miscommuncation. And the finance guy was disrespectful in words that was said. Got up 3 times during my experince and walked out the door. Last time the Vp/owner called me to comeback and chat. He was very respectful.

Both of our vehicles had issues within a week of driving off the lot. They told my husband that the best thing to do would be to trade in his 2021 truck that he had for 3 weeks for an even older one (2017) with a significantly higher payment (because now we have to have the extended warranty in case anything else happens). Purchased my truck (used) from these folks 7 years ago and paid upfront $500 or so for the lifetime free oil changes. So this maintenance service is what I mainly have them address consistently. All other vehicle services I price elsewhere first. They’re a Chevy dealer, and my truck is not- so I prefer to have the manufacturer certified tech / shop or dealership then do any major work / repair. My car had the check engine light on as soon as I bought it. I was told to bring it in so they could diagnose it. There was a $200 fee for that and then it turns out that the part that needs replaced, they won’t cover. If I had known the car had the issues before I bought it, I wouldn’t have bought it

Went in for a ceramic coating. The job was done on time and very well. The truck looked better than when I bought it. The people were very nice. There were no surprises, other than how great my truck looked.
