Nathan has been informative on the service for my 2500 Sierra and he is giving me multiple tips to help care for the truck between service visits. I think he’s an excellent service rep and very knowledgeable about the product.

coming in without an appointment and having Nate and his team immediately help me out was awesome. They had my truck up and running within a few hours, gave me a ride to the Enterprise rental car, and had my truck ready to go at the end of the day. Great dealership and very responsive maintenance team.

Nathan was good and turnaround was fast. Very expensive and the part that bothered me the most was the 3% surcharge to use a credit card.
