Professional and Determined. Josh said he was going to work harder than anyone to get what I needed and he did. Along with his VP I was able to get a vehicle that had everything I had asked for, from AWD to staying in a comfortable payment they sure pulled through for me. Usually it can be a stressful process but Josh was able to keep the entire process stress free. I appreciate that he listened to what I needed, what I can afford and what I was capable of putting down without creating a financial overload on my part. But mainly coming up with a plan in helping me improve my credit was a plus. This is probably the first time I've ever had someone thinking outside of the box and being upfront in what I can do as a customer to get the dream car later in the future. I really appreciate that. Overall a nice quick service experience for a LOF. I was in and out in 50 minutes. The desk agent was friendly and took care of my appointment. The waiting area was nice and had small snacks. I am torn a bit now because I usually travel to Yakima for my services and in the end staying here local cost about $40 more. I'm not taking a star from the review for that. I'm assuming because Windy was not my purchase dealer ?

Very profesional and helpful from setting up the appointment, insuring there was a rental availible, and finishing the 90k tune up in a timely manner. We will be returning customers!

Lily was without. Doubt the best service rep I have ever worked with at any dealership in my 70 years. She went above and beyond to communicate and assist me as I was stranded in Ellensburg with my trailer. She kept me informed which enabled me to make decisions and further assisted in verifying problem was covered by warranty. Cannot express how grateful I was to have her handle my service problem.
